How does SilverProtec work?
The silver ions act to block cell metabolism, they prevent the cells from 'breathing' and they block cell division. The net result is that the organisms die on contact.
Surfaces need less frequent conventional cleaning to remove microorganisms as the treated surface offers long-term protection against bacterial growth and the consequences of re-contamination.
